The fixed thermostat option warms to 140 degrees (perfect temp for Hot Salt Stone Massage). The Adjustable thermostat ranges between 120-160 degrees)
Pre heat in car enroute (purchase car adapter on amazon) or heat before leaving to speed up initial heating time.

No preparation needed - to warm, just plug the cord into your nearest electrical outlet. Warming the stones takes about 30-40 minutes on the highest setting when they have been off. The gray stones will heat a little faster than the pink. Please note that in colder weather, the stones will absorb the cold also so upon arrival they will need more time to warm up unless you bring them to room temperature before warming.
