Extraction Method: Steam distilled from flowering top grown in France

Main Properties: Analgesic, Anti- Depressant, Sedative / Calming, Antiseptic, Antifungal

Aromatic Scent: Lavender Barreme Essential Oil has a superior well-balanced aroma. It is fresh and floral.

Blends Well With: Orange, Peppermint

At the Office:

1. I often use lavender at the beginning and end of a session, especially for clients who come in with a headache. Apply a few drops with your base oil and apply around the neck, ears, bottom of feet and inhale. Most times headache will be gone by the end of the massage.

2. End session with a combination of Lavender and Peppermint – on the neck and around the ears.

3. Great as a diffuser on our AromaDisc with our Salt Bowl.

At Home:

1. Antiseptic: Great to have around the house and/or carry with you.

a. Bites/Cuts: Put directly into cuts and bites. Its anticoagulant properties help to stop bleeding quickly and helps with pain relief.

b. Burns: Apply neat (in concentrated form) lavender (pure quality only – know your source!)

2. Relaxation / Calming: Put a few drops on your hands and rub together. Breath it in.

3. Diffuse on our AromaDisc with our Salt Bowl or another diffuser.

4. Painting: Add 1 teaspoon to a gallon of paint, stir well and paint. It effectively erases paint fumes and after smell

5. Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath or shower for relaxation
